Service & Technology Disclaimer

• Trenchless Pipe Lining (CIPP): Our Permaliner-certified methods restore pipes without digging. However, if a pipe is missing large structural sections or is completely collapsed, traditional replacement may be required.
• Hydro Jetting Maintenance: Routine jetting is a preventative measure. While highly effective at clearing roots and grease, we are not liable for the failure of pipes that were structurally unsound prior to the cleaning process.
• Septic Pumping & Conversion: We handle the transition from septic to city sewer with precision. Clients are responsible for ensuring all property lines and unmarked private utilities are identified prior to excavation.
• 24/7 Availability: Emergency services are subject to technician availability during extreme weather or high-demand periods.
