A sewer scope is free with any service we perform, and free for qualifying owners — homes built 1980 or earlier, or any property with pre-existing issues. Otherwise it is priced by distance from Oracle: free inside Oracle city limits, $100 within 50 miles, and $250 from 50 to 150 miles.
