What It Is

Sewer Repair,
Without the Dig.

When a sewer line cracks, corrodes, or fills with roots, the old fix was to dig the whole thing up — across your lawn, driveway, or slab. Trenchless CIPP lining rebuilds the pipe in place instead. We form a brand-new, seamless pipe inside the failing one through a single small access point.

We've spent two decades in Arizona soil — caliche, clay, root-heavy laterals, and the old clay and cast-iron lines that run under homes out here. We've seen what fails and why, so we can tell you honestly whether lining is the right call for your pipe.

Why Trenchless Wins

The Technical Part,
In Plain English.

Four reasons homeowners choose cured-in-place lining over digging — and what each one actually means for you.

01

One Access Point, Not a Trench

Traditional replacement means excavating the entire length of the pipe. Trenchless lining needs just one small access point — the liner is pulled through and inflated to the pipe walls from there. Your landscaping, driveway, patio, and slab stay intact.

Your yard stays a yard — not a construction site.
02

A Seamless Pipe With No Joints

Roots and leaks get in through joints and cracks. A cured-in-place liner is one continuous, jointless pipe bonded to the inside of the old one — there are no seams for roots to find and no gaps for groundwater to seep through.

No joints means nothing for roots to break into again.
03

Stronger Than the Original

The resin cures into a hard, structural pipe rated for a 50-year design life. It doesn't just patch the old line — it becomes the new load-bearing pipe, even if the host pipe keeps deteriorating around it.

Fix it once. Not again in five years.
04

Done in a Day, Not a Week

No trench means no days of excavation, backfill, and resurfacing. Most residential lines are cleaned, lined, and cured in a single day — so you're back to normal fast, with no fence to rebuild or concrete to re-pour.

One day of our work saves you weeks of yours.

How a Job Goes

Four Steps,
Start to Finish.

No surprises. You'll know what's happening at every stage — and what it costs before we start.

STEP 01

Camera Scope

We run an HD camera down the line, find the exact problem, and show you the footage. You see what we see.

STEP 02

Honest Estimate

We give you an estimated flat-rate price up front — and tell you straight whether lining is the right fix or not.

STEP 03

Clean & Line

We hydro-jet the pipe clean, then pull and inflate the resin liner through a single access point.

STEP 04

Cure & Verify

The liner cures into a solid pipe, then a final camera pass proves the line is seamless and clear before we leave.

Brandon, Art and the crew are fantastic — professional, friendly, and everything happened exactly as I was told. It was a lot of money, so Brandon suggested I get other estimates — other companies wanted 25% more! Best price, professional service, job well done. Ask them if you qualify for a free sewer inspection.
